Greatest neurologist ever. He has been a detective into causes of my mild cognitive disorder; ordered a number of tests to evaluate, given me guidance re: sleep, eliminating caffeine, exercise, optimal practices and two very effective meds.

Although I love Hughes and Kaitlyn, the office manager, Tina Green is awful here. I was overcharged $200 during my appointment in April, and I have been in contact with billing a recorded 5 times on their end, for them to tell me every time the office manager has yet to approve my refund that is due to me. I double checked with my insurance, and TideWater billing, and I’ve been confirmed that I’m due that refund. She refuses to answer any calls, and staff at TideWater have made it known she WILL NOT take personal calls or offer her personal email. I was advised to send a certified letter in the mail to get her attention, but that’s what I will do to get my money back. So, if you’re looking for great staff, they have it, but on a management end, Tina will definitely disappoint you. I’ve been coming here for years, but this is unacceptable. Do better, Tina.

Did not have to wait. In fact, was taken in early. Dr Bolen very professional, took time to review my records , asked questions and recommended things that could be done to possibly help my problem. This was my first visit to this practice and l look forward to my next visit with Dr Bolen.
